Board of Directors

Philip Clements

Philip Clements is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Physicians Rehab Solution (PRS), a national physical therapy company serving over one million patients annually. He also serves as Managing Director of Selah Investments and sits on the boards of The Selah Foundation, Trellis Life, and United Community Bank.

Philip grew up in Union County, where he maintains deep ties through family, friendships, and a strong commitment to the community. He and his wife, Denise, have three married sons and seven grandchildren, and they reside in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Kim Humphrey

Kim Humphrey serves as the part-time Community Enhancement Coordinator for Union County, where she focuses on strengthening local initiatives and supporting community growth. She recently retired from River View Coal after serving as Director of Employee and Community Programs. Kim also brings more than 40 years of banking experience where she held the role of VP of International Banking at Old National Bank and currently as board chair of United Community Bank.

Kim and her husband, Steve, have two adult children and six grandchildren and call Morganfield home.

Jim Peak

Jim Peak is Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, and CPA at United Community Bank. He has served on various local boards, including the Union Co Literacy Council, Morganfield Chamber of Commerce and is a Past President of the Morganfield Lions Club.  He is a graduate of Brescia College and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. 

Currently, he serves on various boards including Braves 2 College, Union Co., Industrial Foundation and St Anthony’s Hospice.

Jim and his wife of 40 years, Debbie, live in rural Morganfield.

This foundation will strengthen our community by providing not only much needed housing but also nurture the kind of environment where people want to live and grow.”

Team

Camilla Holbrook

Camilla Holbrook came on as the first employee of the foundation. She graduated from University of Southern Indiana (USI) with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and French, before she got her master’s degree in development studies from the University of Oslo. She has previously worked for nonprofits and had an internship at the UN. Currently, she teaches cultural awareness part-time at USI and serves on the board of the German nonprofit Literat. For the foundation she does donor relations, event planning and community engagement.

Camilla is from Norway but has chosen to make Union County her home along with her Morganfield native husband, William.

“I am excited about contributing to new engagement and activity in this community. As a newly moved in resident, I appreciate all that Union County has to offer, and I would love to add to that through this foundation.”
